I agree on right to repair. Our 2010 Camry just needed a torque converter. My mechanic could have done it but the electronics needed to be flashed and only the dealer can do that.

It's not a bad business. Problem comes when you have people who get behind in their rent or who abandon their belongings. But there are ways to screw them over...
